  • Scientific writing on topics relating to nutrition and dietetics
  • Further services in the context of nutrition and dietetics, supplements, convenient food, functional food, as requested.

Research laboratory

Applied research and development in nutrition and dietetics includes both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The latter in particular include rheology, texture analysis and spectroscopy. The research laboratory has the infrastructure needed for such tasks.
